Our Energy Audit Process
Our qualified Energy Assessors carry out a detailed on-site inspection, reviewing the building’s construction, lighting, glazing, HVAC systems, and overall infrastructure.
This data is used by our modelling team to create a precise 3D model of your building using BIM Design Builder software. The model simulates energy consumption and is calibrated against your actual kWh usage to establish an accurate energy baseline.
This enables advanced “what if” scenario analysis, showing how changes in behaviour, equipment, or infrastructure could reduce energy consumption, costs, and carbon emissions.
